Install a 3D wraparound touchscreen in your shower

Showers are boring. I mean, what are you supposed to do while you're in there? You can't have your phone or a computer in there with you for obvious reasons. Are you supposed to just stand there while you get clean? We can do better than that.

The Roca Waterdrop Shower Room surrounds you by a 3D touchscreen, allowing you to watch movies while you bathe. The touchscreen also allows you to control the temperature of the water and the intensity of the jets. Finally, a reason to take a shower!

Watch movies.. while you.. bathe.. 15ish mins at a time? Riiiiight... I think we all know what kind of movies will be played in there due to how convienetly the evidence could be washed away... Might as well call it a 'Pleasure Booth'...

Why feed starving children in Africa or clean up the nuclear waste that incited the Somali piracy when you can spend millions of dollars developing a product that absolutely no one in the world needs ? It just makes sense.

By WHO_CARES at 4:46 PM ON 11/05/09

who cares millionaires need toys too. African children are on their own, survival of the fittest, tough luck. Nuclear waste, im a taxpayer, have the gov't pick up the slack there. And Somali piracy, forget their international water rights, with no functioning gov't, if they're armed, try them as pirates and execute, screw expediting and deporting.

Who says you are limited to movies? Why can't you watch a tv show?

`African children are on their own, survival of the fittest, tough luck. `

That's pretty sick man.

I've no desire to turn this into a flame war like everything else idiots like you reply to but even for you, and I assume you're human, that's pretty sick.

As for the shower, where's the price tag?
If it cost too much it'd be tacky.

im tired of everyone judging everyone on how they spend their money... sure, this thing is a little useless but who cares!!! its also amazing. and if you want to take care of all the worlds problems then why are you here looking at this online. (probably could have paid for alot of something to eat with the price of your computer but hey no ones judging)

Come on... ppl... who cares if someone invented a touch screen tv in the shower, needless to say forgetting that it can be networked into a computer system to be an input display, which would work for 15min showers.

About kids in Africa.... if they cannot fight for their rights, and they are starving... wouldn't that do them good? The french had a revolution for the same reasons... if the people don't fight for their rights why do I have to worry about it. Everything will work out in the end for them.

Didn't we already try to feed them and tech them to farm and they ate the seeds and never grew even on squash.
