Dubai Technosphere takes a page from Disney's playbook
The Technosphere is an eco-friendly building set to be built in Dubai. Shaped like a sphere, it's a solar powered design with minimal waste, with the whole thing meant to represent the state of the Earth's ecosystem. Oh, and it also looks just like Spaceship Earth at Disney's Epcot Center.
But hey, wait, isn't Dubai totally screwed, money-wise? I thought they stopped putting up insane buildings for no real reason because they were out of money? Maybe this one is what'll turn it all around for them.

Wow... I seem to recall commenting on a rotating hotel (which was likely not to be built in dubai) and sarcastically referencing Dubai in said post... Too bad some moron went and ruined it by saying that "Dubai is done for"... Oh wait! What's this? A crazy building being planned for Dubai!!

Also, nice... It's like a less creepy epcot center. Or is that more creepy. I can't tell.

I just noticed most of the cars in the rendering are American designs... Note that there are about 7 Vipers, 4 Thunderbirds (1980s T-bird) and a few Corvettes in the parking lot...
Are we sure this is being designed for Dubai? Or should I say, Are we sure this isn't being designed for some new theme park in the US for people with Doctor money to meet with other people who have doctor money (where they can compare each other's American "sports cars" and see who's cooler)?
Did that make sense? Nevermind, it doesn't have to. It's not like any non-troll human will reply to me anyway.
