This may not be the easiest watch to read in the world, but it's got one of the more unique displays I've seen. Made up of three criss-crossing bands of yellow tape, it pugs the minutes on a vertical line while the hours and date cross behind it.

It's a neat design, but one that I worry would make for a bulky accessory. But I guess that's why it's still a design concept; if they figure out how to make this thing small and wearable we might just see it on store shelves.
