Babies have a lot of needs and no way to tell you what they are specifically at any given time. Instead they just cry, and parents have to figure it out.
This Baby Cry Analyzer looks to change that, analyzing the frequency of your baby's crying to determine whether the little tyke is hungry, bored, annoyed, sleepy or stressed. Is it accurate? Who knows, but I'd be surprised if it can beat a parent's intuition.

If you spend any time at all with your child and have half a brain you can figure out why they are crying in 2 seconds. Typically it's because they are hungry, tired or want your attention.

I think most parents have a very good idea of what their babies cries represent. They don't need some kind of machine to tell them how to figure it all out. This could be a good gadget for first-time parents though. http://ZiggyTek.com/

This is what happens when two nerds make a baby, now that we have female nerds we need to start branching out genetically, or more of this will follow.
