So you're in a boring meeting at work, when you're cellphone starts beeping saying "feed me, feed me". Well, if you had Lola Mensa's Cargador De Celular (cellphone charger), you could simply duck out for a quick run, saying that you needed to charge it.

Using the same type of kinetic mechanism as self winding mechanical watches, Mensa's device uses your foot's motion to charge an internal battery, which you can then use to juice up a cellphone or other portable electronics.

That's pretty cool, but let's just hope it's a bit more affordable than that Ulysse Nardin self winding cellphone.
