When you look at your list of priorities, is "having charged gadgets" placed above "looking fashionable"? If so, this solar vest was designed with you in mind.
As the name suggests, it's a vest with solar panels on the back. As you walk around in the sun looking like a doof, cables in your pockets ensure that your phone and camera stay juiced up. Worth it? That's for the fashion police to decide.

The fashion police can kiss my shiny metal backside.
That said, this vest needs to be considerably longer before I'd consider wearing it. It should come down to just above the pants pockets.

Seems like a pretty sad design considering that there are flexible solar panels that they could incorporate into the shoulders and sleeves, not just a few panels on the back.

With the exception of 'Solar Vest' written in big letters on the back I acually quite like it!

Looks like a copy of Zegna's jacket which does exactly the same. It was launched last year and can charge ipods, cellphones and so on....but the design is much cooler!
