You only have two hands, which makes drinking and eating at the same time difficult. Sure, you can hold a plate in one hand and your beer in the other, but then how do you get to the food? It's hard.
The Go Plate is a brilliant solution to that problem. It's a plate that fits over a bottle, cup or can, allowing you to eat off of your drink. You can get a pack of 42 of the dishwasher-safe plates for $48, which should be plenty.

Holy modern miracles, Batman! Must...have...Beer plate!

The design looks upside down to me. The drink should set down into the plate from the top, rather than up into the plate from underneath. Who's going to want to to pull the plate off for every sip of beer?

I think it's pretty clever. Wish I had thought of it. I'm sure the deluxe model comes with a gimble mount so you can drink without removing the bottle. If not, someone should invent such an animal.

this is silly. no one could ever really use it. what happens when you want to drink? you spill that perfectly grilled burger with a ton of ketchup and mayo all over yourself. i mean sure you could be a sissy and drink beer from a straw but..no that's unthinkable. i dub this one a half-baked fail.

Here's what you do to take that drink. You grab the plate with your free hand and drink with the hand holding the bottle. After taking said drink, return plate to top of bottle. Your hand is once again free to grab the goodies from the plate.

wow, the beer is a Yuengling Black and Tan. That's brewed locally just a few towns over from me :)

And as soon as you eat enough off one side of the plate, it tips and spills your drink all over what's left of your food.
Clever.
Much more clever than, say, a coffee table.

This is brilliant and inexpensive..... where can I get some?
Those that cannot work out how to use this .... should not be allowed at parties etc

Oh yeah - *really* creative... never seen anything like it...
And all this time I just did the same thing with a chip/salsa plate from the $1 store, by not putting the salsa dish in the center.
I wish I had thought to by 1,000 of them and re-sell them for 9.99 each

Great design - helps spilling your beer over the fries, while warming the beer with your hand. Priceless.

I was thinking exactly what a few others have. You've had a few brewskies already and go to take a drink, "CRAP! I just spilled my food all over myself."
The Solution?!?! A Straw.

Yuengling Black & Tan FTW!

Here is a thought, how about just sitting your butt down and eat like a civilized human being.

Add an extra long straw to your beer and your living the dream!
