When you're shopping downtown, a credit card can be a very useful tool indeed. But when you're stranded in the wilderness a credit card is pretty much useless, unless of course it's the Tool Logic Survival Card.
It's not linked to any of your bank accounts, but it does allow you to light fires with a magnesium fire starter. You also get a serrated knife, a signal whistle, tweezers, a toothpick and an LED flashlight. Great for surviving in the woods, not so great for buying jeans.

So how does this tool perform compared to the good old SwissCard® by Victorinox?

I prefer the all steel survival card, no led but much sturdier.

The SwissCard does have a removable knife, it is a bit smaller but looks more comfortable than that one. And I know for a fact the the SwissCard has more options including ruler markings on the product itself to be just that versatile.

No thanks, I'll stick with my Leatherman.

Just don't try walking through a metal detector at the airport with one of these in your wallet.
