Well, go back to your pencil and paper if YOU want, but I'm finding the readers to be more and more intriquing. And now that it's able to read general pdf's, it might even be worth *MY* getting one eventually, now that they aren't ridgedly making readability a proprietary thing (in theory).

I can see how this would be a very attractive proposition if you 5 or 6 textbooks you wanted to take to the library. Much lighter and more convenient.

I received a Kindle DX from my parents and family as a gift. I have had a lot of trouble with my sight recently, and this is the best thing yet. It is easy on my eyes and having the option of making the font larger is great. I am finally able to feel comfortable reading again after over a year of giving up a hobby I really enjoy. Technology is great!
