I like wine as much as the next guy, but the Le Millesime wine cellar concept is probably a lot more intense than I will ever need. It's got various shelves for yoru wines in a temperature-regulated area as well as electronically-controlled red and white wine dispensers that act as taps for your wine so you can get a glass at a time while it stays fresh.

And if you're feeling really fancy, you can toss in a humidor as well to make sure your cigars are kept in just as perfect conditions as your wine. But maybe that's overkill.
