I occasionally use cologne, but having it always with you attacked to your wrist...that just...weird.

It's obvious that this is not for "perfume".
It's a James Bond 007 delivery system for "knock-out" gas. Perfect for dealing with Jaws and Odd Job. Also good after a date with Onatopp so you can make a quick gettaway before she decides to kill you. --
Just be carefull when you are checking the time.
