Pianos haven't changed much in the last century or two, and while we have seen a few wacky concepts, no piano has ever looked as speedy as the Schimmel Pegasus Guoqin. This German company did make a few of the Luigi Colani designed stunners a few years ago, but none of them had the Ferrari Rosso Red finish seen here. Despite the Ferrari like styling, the lack of a prancing horse logo suggests that this is just an homage, rather than an official Ferrari endorsed product.
Of course for the $410,000 asking price you could buy a real Ferrari that you can actually drive, and that one would also make its own type of sweet music.

This is NOT a "Ferrari Piano" its called the Pegasus and it is by Schimmel... The ferrari red color was probably a custom request, it is black standard, and I have seen it (Pictures only, unfortunately) in white and a light wood finish. It is a beautiful piano though, this picture doesn't do it justice, google it and see it for yourself, the asking price is allegedly $110,000, for the one that is being sold. Not much less than a nice ferrari, but for the right person, it has to be worth it.
