Extension cords from Nathalie Costes add a fashionable finish to your house

Extension cords from Nathalie Costes add a fashionable finish to your house

One of the problems of technology — especially in my house — is the small question of cables. I have yards and yards of the stuff emanating from the back of my TV, router, phones, computer. And then there are all my lamps. French jewelry designer Nathalie Costes has come up with a wonderful idea to disguise the plastic-coated snaky horrors by turning extension cords into three-meter versions of her necklaces. Made from carved wooden beads, the extension cords come in five different colors, and resemble giant prayer beads strewn across your floorboards. The only downside is the price: almost ten feet of extension cord will cost you 250 euros — that's $330.
