USB hub with clock and cup warmer: It's coffee time

chinavasion-CVSB-K22-10.jpgThere are tons of USB gadgets devices, some more useful than others. Many force you to waste a valuable USB port to use them too. This one is different. This is a four-port USB hub with a battery-powered clock, but the best part is the cup warmer. I can't be the only one with a nasty lukewarm cup of tea or coffee always by my computer, right?

The heating plate will keep your mug between 122 and 140°F, perfect for tea or coffee. An on/off switch lets you continue using the USB hub without the heating element — a red LED indicates if the warming plate is on. The clock runs off of a battery, so it keeps current time and date information, even when your computer is shut down. Now you'll always know when it's time for your coffee break.

Retail pricing isn't available yet, but you can get five wholesale for about $8.60.

As the manufacturer says, this is for more than just coffee or tea. It's perfect for soup, oatmeal or congee. Yum. Congee.

This is perfect for coffee and tea lovers. I wouldn't be bothered in purchasing this one. You'll get a cup warmer, clock and usb ports in one. Amazing, truly amazing.

This is something I would be interested in. My USB hub doesn't allow me to use more than 2 USB's at the same time even though it has 4 available. I would definitely want it for the coffee warmer and clock hehe.

Why do we need another clock? We have it on computer anyway

So high tech, it causes evaporation in your coffee, turning it into bitter dreck. Lovely.

I found the website where you can buy this warmer: http://www.chinavasion.com/product_info.php/pName/cup-warmer-and-usb-hub-with-clock/
The minimum order is 5 @ $8.73 ea. & UPS shipping costs $31 (shpg. from China), so that is a bit pricey. Wish I could find it in the US, 'cause it looks really cool!
