Traveling is enough of a pain these days without having a super-heavy suitcase to lug around. You have to deal with increased security and decreased legroom, paying dearly for both. But what if your suitcase could help a bit with the heavy lifting? That could make traveling at least a little bit more bearable.
This self-propelled suitcase lugs itself so you don't have to at speeds of up to 3MPH. A 5 hour charge provides about 2.25 hours worth of juice, which should be plenty for wheeling around various airports. The convenience will cost you, however, with this handy suitcase costing a whopping $1,300. But hey, you're totally worth it.

I'm sure the extra weight makes it an absolute delight to carry up the steps in a Paris metro station too.
Call me when they make a packbot version.

Lets not forget the added convenience of being strip searched by airport security as they try to figure out what all the extra electronics does thats embedded in your suitcase.
