The Blue Tiger driving simulator is essentially a super-souped-up arcade driving setup for your home that allows you to play most driving games on it. It combines a mult-screen setup with a chair, wheel, pedals and shifter with simulator motion. It is, in a word, badass.

Sure, it's probably a five-figure item, but it's cheaper than most cars and a lot safer, so if you're willing to use that argument on yourself to justify its purchase, you should be all set. And it's a certainty that once you use one of these things, playing a driving game with a normal controller will be simply unthinkable.
