Trio of Star Trek fragrances to boldly go where no man has gone before

trek_perfume.jpgWhat does Star Trek smell like? You'll find out this spring when three new fragrances waft across the marketing-soaked world. Take your pick of "Tiberius," "Pon Farr" or "Red Shirt," and boldly go into strange new worlds of olfactory peculiarity.

What's up with this? CBS launched a Star Wars-rivaling multi-pronged merchandising program that includes such 23rd-century items as Monopoly games, pajamas, cufflinks and cookie jars, all part of the release of the next Star Trek movie on May 8th.

Nerds everywhere will be wearing this stuff, which will certainly smell better than that telltale aroma of Cheetos and Mountain Dew.

Will "Red Shirt" make you prone to death when visiting new places?

In the 200th episode of Stargate SG-1, they show what it would be like if the cast was replaced by younger, edgier versions of themselves. The previews for this movie look just like that.

Also, i vote someone fixes this f****** comment problem.

I am guessing Pon Farr would be a heady musk scent. Tiberius is not a new fragrances, they are just gonna re-label some Drakkar Noir…LOL

And Red Shirt? I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing that stuff.
