Pong-playing robot won't lose, not ever — unless you tear off its arms

Here's a robot that knows its Pong, and goes about playing it as a wizened old master would chess — in no hurry. It uses a webcam-head to watch the ball travel between the paddles, and uses solenoid fingers to peck at the two keys required to play. The laptop it's hooked up to functions as its brain, and it seems the only way to win against this relentless opponent would entail holding your hand in front of its eye or taking its arms away from the keys. Other than that, it's like entering a staring match against something that never blinks.

Now all we need is two of them and the match would never end. Check out the video above to see the Pong playing robot in action.

First: it is mathematically the simplest game, for a computer never loosing.
Secondly: this robot doesn't look that good at it, its reaction time seams rather slow, if you were to considerably speed up the game it might actually loose a few rounds.

At that speed would anyone ever lose?
