I'm a big fan of gadgets that make the application of butter to various foods, such as toast, easier. After all, it's the 21st century. Why should we continue to bow down to the tyranny of the butter stick? I think it's high time that we stand up and say "no" to the laborious task of spreading a pat of butter with a knife.
That's why I just love the Butter Butler. Simply insert a stick of butter, twist the handle, and out come a paper-thin ribbon of butter. No spreading necessary. It'll turn each stick of butter into 10 feet of butter ribbon, and you can just keep your butter in there in the fridge. Finally! Life is worth living again.

Thanks so much for posting this. We hate margarine, but butter is to hard to spread. I didn't know that products like this existed.
