Take a look around B&W's Panorama

art1_.jpgB&W is a name that conjures up images of beautifully-designed, high-end audio products. Their booth at CES just oozes quality. The new Panorama soundbar fits right in.

The system uses more than just virtual surround processing - it also uses reflective sound to produce a surround-sounding feel from a single, center-mounted bar. It uses a total of 9 drivers - two bass woofers, two midrange drivers and a B&W Nautilus Tube Loaded tweeter for the center channel alone. There are six Class D amplifiers providing a total of 175 watts for the complete system.

It will retail for $2,200. B&W even claims that there is enough bass so no additional subwoofer is required. But seriously, can you ever have too much sub?
