Shure's award-winning SE115 sound-isolating earphones

Shure_SE115_lineup.jpg
Earbuds were all over the place this year - cheap, almost disposable ones with a sound to match, or incredibly high-end devices with prices that practically hurt. Hitting a nice sweet spot are the Shure SE115 earphones.

At just $99, they're the most affordable in Shure's line of sound-isolating buds. Yup -- under $100 for sound-isolating. They come with Shure's fit kit with interchangeable earphone options so you can get as much isolation (and bass-response created from a proper fit) as possible. They come in blue, red, black, or hot pink. The earphones are compatible with Apple iPhone and BlackBerry Curve.

Doesn't your music collection deserve a bit of an upgrade?

Don't be suckered by this hype. Any earphone with the rubber/silicon cup to seal off the ear canal qualifies as "Sound-isolating". My $40 Zune premium earbuds have this design and they kick ass. Not only that, they're compatible with anything with a dang hole to plug them into. That compatibility sentence is unnecessary.
