Linksys Media Hub brings your digital stuff together, lets you get it anywhere

Linksys-mediahub-CES02.jpg

Cisco's Linksys team rolled out their Media Hub, a new hard drive to store, manage and share all your digital content. The 500GB model is available now for $299.

The hub — roughly the size of the shoebox where you used to store your pictures — is easy to set up, and can be accessed anywhere remotely, using any browser.

You can upload pictures, movies and audio from any USB device, or pull together any files found within your network, including Apple-compatible formats. And you can manage capacity from your computer or via the Web. It also doubles as backup for less glamorous files, like last year's tax returns.
