D-Box Motion Code shakes things up

IMGP3209.JPGD-Box Motion Code just got a contract with Mann's Chinese Theater in Hollywood, but better yet, they're showing off the new GPH-120 motion chair that you can take home for just $2,999.

Almost a thousand movies titles are encoded for D-Box Motion Code, and more and more games are supported, including Microsoft Flight Simulator X, Need for Speed Undercover, Crysis Warhead, Grid, R Factor and more are coming.

The GPH-120 chairs come in a variety of styles and looks - some geared to home theaters and some definitely catering to the gaming crowd. The chair features two motion actuators for pitch, roll and virtual heave. Yup. Heave. The chair can generate up to 2Gs of acceleration.

Fasten your seatbelts, it might be a bumpy night.
