We've seen people stuffing webcams into all kinds of strange and cute places, but most of the time they were designed to capture your face for other to see. That's why I'm kind of confused by this headphone/webcam combo, which seems to show the viewer little more than what's sitting off to your side. Designer Andy Kurovets has come up with some pretty silly ideas before, so perhaps we shouldn't be too surprised.

It might be a little more useful if the camera was pointing forward, to give whoever is at the other end a view of what the user is looking at.

so that while you are using them and working with a computer, and don't hear someone approach, you can see it on the computer screen you are looking at.
It would be even more useful if the band went around behind your neck, and you had "eyes in the back of your head, " in a more technical sense, as well as laterally.
