There's not a lot of info on just who was crazy enough to put this thing together, but they obviously know what they're doing. The next step should obviously be putting a camera on it and a screen on the controller, allowing you to go hunting in the woods from the comfort of your living room, sending out some retrieval robots to pick up your kills for you. It's called being an outdoorsman in the 21st century.

As a beginner remote helicopter pilot, this seems like an interesting engineering project...
But ethically, this seems very dangerous. But any gun is a weapon, and the danger comes from the mind attached to the trigger finger, even by electric remote.
Pair this with some GPS technology, and the 180-degree cameras mentioned on this sight (or even two, for hemispherical, and forward stereoscopic view), 2.4Ghz remote video transmission, and some other neat little tricks, and one could build a small UAV that the Military didn't even have wide use of just 10 years ago.
Interesting... but also a bit caution-inspiring.

Hippies beware, technology is winning. Again.

It's about time, as soon as they start mass producing these I'll take two. Oh yeah and put night vision on it with explosives launchers.
