Dr. Dre unveils Beats, his Monster $150 in-ear headphones
If you're going to get a big name to design headphones for you, you probably want someone who's ears you trust. Someone who knows a thing or two about how music should sound. How about Dr. Dre? Yeah, I trust his ears.
He's just unveiled his new in-ear Beats Tour headphones, a pair of $150 earbuds that promise to deliver more punch than those crappy white earbuds that came with your iPod. One of the big features, other than the sound, is the tangle-free cable, something that people who stuff their headphones into their pockets will appreciate. They also have noise-canceling tips to drown out all the hubbub around you, allowing you to enjoy your beats in peace.

I had to do a double take...was like "straight out of Compton Dre?" ...cool! ...probably won't buy this but...cool nonetheless!

Like some other in-ear headphones they can be a waste of (with today's economic issues)hard earned cash. Some types will never stay in and you have to push them in every five minutes AND if you have ANY (not to be discusting) earwax, when you pop the ear phones out and look at them you will se more earwax the buds. They should sell them saying they are part earwax cleaners too!!! But I do have to agree, when they are actually pushed in they do deliver great quality sound!
