Japanese machine turns Jolly Ranchers into cotton candy

custom_cotton_candy_maker.jpgIf you've got a sweet tooth, I've got some news for you that will probably make you pretty excited: there's a new contraption available that'll let you turn Jolly Ranchers into cotton candy. Yes, you can make cotton candy out of any flavor of Jolly Ranchers hard candy that you want. Watermelon cotton candy, anyone?

The device that makes this magic happen is called the Ame de Wataame, and it comes direct from Japan. Which means it isn't cheap to get, as importing it costs $159 plus another $60 for international shipping. But when you realize you can combine two Jolly Ranchers to make one flavor, like Root Beer Sour Apple, you then know that it's totally and completely worth it.
