It takes a lot for us to get worked up about a mere cell phone, but this Casio Exilim W63CA does the trick. You might recognize that Exilim moniker from Casio's camera line; it translates well to cell phonage, rocking familiar camera features such as an 8.1-megapixel sensor, image stabilization, 9-point autofocus, a YouTube video mode, and a wide-angle lens. That's all showing up on a gorgeous, relatively big 3.1-inch 480x800 OLED screen.
The thing looks a bit thick for our taste, but there are compromises you'll have to make for all that camera prowess. Of course, high megapixel numbers don't necessarily mean great photo quality, but with this trinket's focusing and stabilization capabilities, you're halfway there. And look, it's decked out in purdy colors, too. Unfortunately, it'll be available only in Japan next month, but expect similar tech to arrive Stateside before too long.
