HP df820 digital picture frame: print right from the frame

HP-df820-digital-photo-frame.jpg
Got some friends over who dig the picture you have displayed on your digital photo frame? Print out a copy for them. HP has a whole slew of digital frames that are PictBridge enabled so you can hook them up to PictBridge-compatible printers. Typically these units are small and designed to print out 4x6 photos, so you don't have to worry about having a massive printer sitting next to your frame in the living room.

The df820 is a 8" frame with an old-school feel to its classic frame. It's got 512MB of memory inside to store photos and music, which you can scroll through and play from across the room with a remote. It isn't wireless — which we would have liked to see — but HP's accessory division has only been in the game for around two years, so we'll give them some time to beef up what's already a pretty nice unit. It's available now at a suggested retail price of $170 (meaning you can probably find it for around $150).
