Casio EX-FH20 high-speed camera shoots bursts faster that the eye can see

casio_EX-FH20.jpg

Casio's EX-FH20 high-speed digital camera certainly fits the bill. It can shoot bursts up to 40 frames per second (fps) — faster than the eye can see. There are seven burst-mode settings, and to make sure you never miss a shoot the FH20 starts shooting the moment before you press the shutter.

Another speedy feature is the high-speed night-scene setting, which is effective with or without a tripod. And, it can also do that unreal 1000 frame-per-second super slo-mo trick of its Casio brandmate, shooting fantastic sequences that let you see things as you've never seen them before. There's also an HD movie function which records at 1,280 x 720 pixels at 30 fps.

The FH20 creates shots with 9.1 effective megapixels and has a wide-angle zoom lens, a 26mm equivalent with an 20x optical zoom. Now, there really is a reason to bring a camera to bring to the game. It'll be in stores next month for $600.
