Make a physical flipbook out of a digital video
Now here's a fun little project: turning the high tech into the low tech by converting a video into a flipbook. You remember flipbooks, right? You flip through the pages quickly to create the illusion of motion. Well, now, using After Effects, you can create the stills necessary to create a downright-awesome video flipbook.
The printing costs for all those photos has got to be pretty sizable, but if you're looking for a unique, physical memento of a video, or if you're just too lazy to go to YouTube every time you want to see the dramatic chipmunk video, this is an awesome way to do it.
