There's air in space???

i dont know much about ionized air but if what he says is true, this would be awesome. depending on the physical results, this could best winged-aircraft. within the atmosphere of course.

I saw a demonstration of this in miniature years ago (channel 4, UK), it does work but the device gets really hot.
The researchers had abandoned research into it due to the temperatures it reached.

It's possible...but it needs a lot of electricity ! Prof. Meessen ( UCL, Belgium ) was one of the first to discover this...many years ago ( certainly more than 30 years ), but he never realised a real prototype. At that moment they could not produce so much electricity for such a vehicle I think. There are already flying saucers, based on other principles...but I think the professor of the University of FLORIDA has a good project for the future. I hope those flying saucers will not be used to attack, but for peacefull projects.

nb : A good cooling-system is not so difficult...it could be based on WATER...and to keep it cool..you have the electricity ( you get it on the road by a dynamo-system BY ROTATION ) ! You need only to create a clever CIRCULATION-SYSTEM ( may not be so difficult ) !!!

a cooling system using water could also generate extra electricity on a larger version... if the heated water was pumped to a steam turbine the condensed and recirculated.

I believe there are many possibilities with ANTI-MATTER. At this moment I'm analysing everything about TACHYONS. And when we talk about TACHYONS, we talk about ZERO POINT ENERGY ( it's the same ).
But ionisation..why not...if it's possible in the ecological way.

This idea has been around for a really long time, and it isnt even close to antigravity, but at first people thought it was. Unless I'm mistaken, I think lifters use the same concept. This could be a solution, if we look into it, for better transportation in the near future. Also the problem regarding to space flight could be solved by ion propulsion which I have heard was recently perfected.

It is great that someone is coming forward with this great discovery. Unfortuneately it is about 80 to 100 years late. A very similar discription of a device created by two well known American Scientist. Nicolas Tesla and Thomas Townsend Brown. Tesla was ridiculed for his beliefs, and Brown was shut out from his own discoveries by the US Military back in the 1930's. Personally I truely hope that Professor Roy can continue to develope his finding into an actual vehicle for the everyday person. I just wish that other scientic professionals would be allowed to do the same. To speed up this developement.
