Nutty Device goes nowhere fast in its own charming and complicated way
Get a bunch of wood, carve it up into gears and other precision pieces, attach a crank and you have this “Nutty Device.” Oh, you’ll also need genius design skills that encompass complete knowledge of how machines work.
What does it do? Well, a lot, but at the same time, nothing. It’s all hardwood, connected by wooden dowels and pegs with no metal used at all. It’s simply spellbinding how it demonstrates the workings of all kinds of machinery in one massive interoperable thingamajig. Nice, grandpa!
