Mr. Asahi: Japan's diabolical plan to rule the world via beer and robots
Filed under "jobs you thought humans would always have" comes more bad news from your future robot masters: even bartenders aren't safe. In an effort to up the ante on their previous beerbot creation, the mad scientists at Asahi beer have unveiled their next generation beerbot called Mr. Asahi.
Mr. Asahi can serve beer by the glass or by the bottle and will even indulge you with a bit of localized small talk to take the edge off drowning your sorrows in front of a tin can. Fittingly, the $200,000 robot made its debut in England, the home of the pint, as you can see in the video introduced by Wil Harris of Channel Flip (the UK's version of Revision3) here.

Obviously the Japanese haven't gotten the message of Wall-E yet. Yeah, I know most think its about anti-consumerism or the enviroment but its not. Its about "Rogue Robots" and how we shouldn't trust them to take care of us. Man, and they are eating it up over there in Tokyo with their Robots for everything lifestyle.
