Eco Brolly turns any newspaper into a makeshift umbrella

eco_brolly2.jpgFew things are worse than suddenly getting caught out in the rain without an umbrella. You get soaked and there's just not much you can do about it. If you have on of these Eco Brollys on hand, however, you can take a newspaper and fashion an emergency umbrella out of it, keeping your hair nice and pristine.

When it starts to rain, you simply unscrew the top piece, place the newspaper on, and screw it back together. Sure, it won't keep you perfectly dry, but it'll soak up enough water to get you across the parking lot to your car or from your office to the subway station. Plus, it's more portable than a regular umbrella and you can toss the newspaper when you're done, leaving you without a big, soggy object to tote around with you.

Um, remind me what's eco-friendly about buying a newspaper, using a few sheets for an umbrella, and then tossing it when it gets soggy?

Um, its called recycling Ghinn? ..
