Some people have different definitions of "roughing it" than others. To many, it means getting away from it all, avoiding email and TV and cellphones and getting in touch with nature. No technology to blink or beep at you, just you and the wild outdoors. To others, it means being outside but still having all those modern conveniences. Those people don't really get it.
But hey, they need to be catered to! That's why there are ludicrous Luxury Wifi TeePees in the Yukon. These "tents" feature two queen beds, Wifi, a solar powered DVD player, and a spa. Yeah, you're really getting in touch with the outdoors now. It's not cheap to stay in one, at least not as cheap as carrying a tent on your back and setting it up yourself. But you won't be able to check Facebook if you do that! Oh woe is me!
