If you ever need proof that the rich just keep getting richer, the Chapter One watch from a new company called Maîtres du Temps should do the trick. Created as a collaboration between three of today's leading watch designers, Christophe Claret, Peter Speake-Marin, and Roger Dubuis, the Chapter One features a tourbillon, retrograde GMT and date indicators, and a mono-pusher chronograph with a 60-minute totalizer. It also has a pair of rolling displays showing the day of the week and the moon phase.
A limited edition of just 33, the Chapter One's price seems to be one of those "if you have to ask" deals. We've seen plenty of ultra-expensive watches before, but this one seems to have ka-ching! written all over it. I did see 400,000 Swiss Francs (just under $400,000 US) quoted in one place.

Looks like a nice watch, I doubt anyone in the market would pay more than $90k. If your considered the right kind of customer Jaeger LeCoultre may offer you a Reverso Gyrotourbillon 2 on the right side of $400k, if you're a preferred client much less. It's master craftsmanship and fine art on your wrist: http://www.jaeger-lecoultre.com/reverso-gyrotourbillon-2/en/
