Iceburg housing project lives up to its name
In case you haven't heard, rectangular buildings are totally last century. This century? Crazy buildings with lots of points and angles, hopefully inspired by something random from nature.
Ah, here's a perfect example: the Iceberg Housing Project. Set to go up by 2010 in Denmark, it's full of the strange angles, colored lights, and triangular windows that people just seem to love these days. It has "peaks" and "canyons," ensuring that lots more people get as much natural light as possible. Hey, a benefit! That's something I like to see my crazy architecture provide.
