Turning a speaker into a DVD cabinet
Looking to keep your DVD collection hidden away from view yet still keep it accessible when you want to bust out that shameful copy of Tomcats that you own? Simple! Just turn a gigantic speaker into a makeshift shelving system. It's better than throwing out your dad's handmedown speakers and it's function and possibly stylish.
You can have someone paid to make one of these for you, as is the case with most things, but really, how hard can it be? I'm sure that with a little elbow grease you'll be able to make on yourself. It isn't rocket science after all, and you've been looking for a new weekend project. Get to it!

Wow, actually a really good idea. Looks retro, and still has a good function.
