The T-1000 is a cellphone jammer that looks like an old-school cellphone. See, this isn't a good thing. The reason that movie theaters don't have cell jammers installed is because people like doctors need to be available, even during a movie. Do you really want some idiot blocking the cell phone of your pregnant wife's doctor?

Would be nice to keep drivers off of their cells, but with only a ten foot range it doesn't seem very useful.
