Samsung takes aim at the iPhone with the Instinct
Samsung's been hard at work on a new phone to take on the super-popular iPhone here in the states, and it looks like the upcoming Instinct is that phone. Featuring a 3.1-inch touchscreen with localized haptic feedback, it certainly looks like Apple's device, but it's got its own tricks under the hood.
It one-ups Apple with an EVDO Rev. A connection as well as GPS, two things the iPhone is sorely missing. It's got video on demand, GPS navigation, and a full HTML browser, all of which is covered under Sprint's $100 a month all-in plan. It looks to be a pretty slick little device, but we'll have to wait to see how it works in person before making a final judgment.
