Glove Radar will make you the techiest kid on the diamond

Baseball season is now officially in full force. Despite my Texas Rangers chalking up their first of many losses yesterday, I still can't help but have baseball on the mind. With the Glove Radar you'll be the coolest and techiest kid on the diamond. This device straps onto your glove and is capable of measuring how fast a ball was going when it was caught. It's supposedly accurate within 1 mph and it can measure from 20 to 120 mph. This $70 device would be great for any pitcher. Just strap it onto your catcher's mitt to get a good sense of the speed of your throw. It could also make for a good science experiment to test the velocities of different types of balls. It comes in a durable casing resistant to dust and impact.
