Modular kitchen is a cool concept, but not for the terminally messy

Furniture that maximizes the functionality of small spaces seems to have become a popular theme lately, so this stowaway kitchen concept from Fevzi Karaman caught my attention. When fully stowed it resembles a retro-hip bar in a trendy early '70s shade of green, but it folds open to expose a sink, cooking surface, microwave, and other kitchen essentials. The main catch I see is that you'll need to clean and put away every dish and pot before you can fold it closed again.
