Mio launches cheap-but-capable Moov GPS line

Mio-Moov.jpgThe Mio Moov won't blow your mind or anything. What it will do is act as your trusty guide, and for a price that'll still leave you enough for gas.

Mio's redesigned its interface for the unit, and it looks as visible and clear as ever. The Moov units are unadorned blocks with either 3.5 inch or 4.3 inch touchscreens, feature vocalized directions, and know 3.5 million points of interest just in case you forgot the address of that restaurant you wanted to go to.

Kiyoshi Hamai, Mio's North American sales director, remarked: "Our goal is to bring GPS navigation to everyone, … Knowing where you’re going is no longer a luxury.” Since the Moov line starts at only $180, that goal may not be too far-fetched.
