FlipSticks folding chopsticks fight for respect

I don't know if I'm just not familiar enough with the chopstick culture, but since when have chopsticks been too bulky? Whether you are enjoying camping, a picnic or simply your daily lunch, the chopsticks are usually the smallest item to be packed, but now a solution has come about to help reduce the space traditional chopsticks take.
The FlipSticks are half-chopsticks because the folding metal bracket allows the chopstick to take up even half the normal amount of space. The FlipSticks fold the wooden part of the chopstick between a metal wire making it overall smaller and more secure. If you really need $22 chopsticks to make packing a bit easier, maybe you should consider some other options.
