


You've gotta love the cahones that some architects have. I mean, designing a crazy building for a place where crazy buildings are the norm, such as Dubai, I can understand. But to design a crazy building that's meant to go on top of the Canal de L'Ourcq in Paris? At least do something realistic with your time.
In any case, this Anti-Smog Innovation center is a pretty cool idea, even if it is a bit pie-in-the-sky. It would sport 2,700 solar panels as well as a titanium dioxide coating that would react with UV rays to break down smog. How earth-friendly! In addition, it would feature a 148-foot-tall Wind Tower that would convert the canal's breezes into energy. If only it were real!
