Birds and airports don't mix. I mean, yes, both are based around taking to the skies, but birds have a pesky way of splattering on windshields and getting sucked into jet engines that can cause a serious number of problems.
Enter the Falco, a gigantic robotic bird designed to scare the white, dribbling crap out of any bird that dares fly around an airport. With a 5.25-foot wingspan and able to fly on its own after being powered for the first minute in air, it’s a formidable foe to annoying birds anywhere. At a recent test, it dispersed over 1,000 seagulls that were causing problems at the Genoa airport. Look to see it from your window seat sometime in the near future.

I want this robot bird for my home to get rid of all the rotten pigeons!(i.e. rats with wings). Hope they come out with a reasonably priced home version.
