Wearable Video Vest turns you into a TV

wearable_video_vest.jpgDoes your picket line need something? Something high-tech? Something eye-catching? Something unbelievably dorky? Instead of carrying some lame cardboard sign you can wear the Video Vest screen to get attention. I won’t promise that you'll get your message across, but you will get noticed.

The Vest plays full-motion video with stereo sound, creating a portable video display pretty much any place you want (bright sunlight or rain notwithstanding). I’m told that because of the vest's high cost and limited manufacturing, regular folks can't buy it. You can only rent one from the company, making it suited only for live events. That’s a bummer because I wanted to know what it feels like to be a TV.

Follow the link below for some embarrassing footage of this thing in action.

That looks like a crummy knock off of T-SHirt TV.

THey have been around since 2004.

I've seen a better vest at a tradeshow (infoComm International) acutally, our company bought some of their digital signage products, and they work great.

Here's the link to the Video Vest:

The link below is the main company link, they've been in business since 2000. Check out their clients:
