It's not surprise that Samsung has decided to yet again put a touch of class on a seemingly classless home appliance. First it was laser printers, but now it is something even more ordinary like anti-bacterial air conditioners. The Samsung air conditioner is capable of eliminating 78 percent of fungus and 58 percent of bacteria in a room in a matter of 30 minutes. Samsung uses a Micro Plasma Ion to do the dirty work of eliminating fungus and bacteria with silver lined components and a green tea extract filter.
The air conditioner, which I can't help to think it looks like one of those cheap inkjet printers, is available in white or black and currently available in Asia with no time table on a stateside release.
