This might be the coolest building design I've ever seen, incorporating the surrounding landscape so well that it almost seems like part of it. It's a gigantic layered ski hotel set to be built on a Norwegian mountainside, with it built up the mountain in a zig zag pattern. That way, no matter what floor you're on, you can ski out onto the slopes.
The only problem I can see is how much of a pain it'll be to get to one of those bottom floors if you're entering on the top. It seems like it'll need to have some sort of tram built inside to tote people up and down, otherwise it'll be quite the trek. We'll see how they figure out that little problem when it's built. Hit the jump for a shot of the building from the front.
